Carter Campbell is an experienced, inspirational speaker and facilitator. He demonstrates his expertise as a solution-provider for leadership, organizational development and change with each client. Carter's 22 years in the rapidly changing healthcare environment and 14 years of facilitation, staff development and leadership coaching enables him to see the whole picture. As a facilitator for personal and organizational effectiveness, Carter has guided groups in and outside of health care in root cause analysis, strategic planning and process improvement. His facilitation style identifies behaviors that are driven by process issues and breaks down customized methods to improve those behaviors by aligning new methods with organizational goals. He facilitates teams in identifying and removing the, often hidden, barriers to performance in order to increase productivity, return on investment, team member and customer satisfaction.

The FranklinCovey Company recognized Carter as Facilitator of the Year in 2002 for his work in organizational development and effectiveness, and again in 2004 with the Abundance Mentality Award for his work with the community.

Roi Campbell, RN has over 20 years of nursing experience in both staff and supervisory positions. She is a nurse who has earned the respect of her peers through her clinical expertise, her patients for her empathy and caring approach, and her outgoing personality and attention to detail.

Her investigative technique gets to the issues while preserving the self-esteem and confidence of the staff with whom she is working. She has an extensive risk management background including root cause analysis, support for trial preparation, chart review, both merits and chronology. She has a talent for looking at a chart and knowing what to ask for when reviewing medical records for the "hidden" facts that may not always be apparent. Keeping with the spirit of our company she listens to the organizations to assess the strengths of a Risk management program before making suggestions from her vast risk management background, but only after a full assessment.

She has assisted in the development of policies, procedures and activities that assist the work done by teams, not regulatory policies that ham-string the work of your organization.
