He spent years as an internal trainer and facilitator buying “off the shelf” and “customized” services to help organizations improve. He promised himself that once he went independent, clients will have a return on investment, either in quantitative or qualitative form.

Equipped with an extensive background in organization development, Carter formed C2ROI,INC. The company aims to focus on the integration and impact of leaders, process, and environments as they relate to organization performance.

Today, Carter holds a certificate from Villanova University in Lean Six Sigma. He has also been recognized three times by the FranklinCovey Company for his work related to organizations and community.
