 I have extensive risk management experience in various healthcare settings, such as acute care, behavioral health, skilled nursing, clinics, free standing surgical center, physician practices, and home health. I have successfully conducted investigation of incidents and claims involving clinical review, chart review and environmental assessment, and managed claim/litigation processes. I have also established risk prevention programs that have shown positive results and return on investment in reducing adverse events and improving patient safety.​
